Day 5 in Boulder: Making the Most of 30 Minute

Making the most of thirty minutes during the workshop was on my agenda this morning. It’s all I had before the airport shuttle arrived at the hotel, sweeping me back to my life in Houston.

Robert had asked who was leaving early at the end of yesterday and a few of us had raised our hands. The workshop was planned to run though 2:30pm (possibly longer if the past four days were an example) and he let us know in the future we should plan on staying an extra day to let things integrate.

Good advice; just a little late.

Plus I have a family to get back to.

30 minutes isn’t enough time to download content, but it is enough time to hug and bless all the beautiful souls I met this weekend. The hardest part of the weekend is saying goodbye. We exchanged info, we hugged, we laughed and fell in love with the experience. Looking over my journey of cranky bitch to acceptance of my spiritual tourism what I know for certain is I have a long way to go. But who doesn’t?

Not bad for 5 days.

Sending you love and happiness. ❤️
