Day 4 in Boulder: Last Full Day

I can hardly believe it’s the last full day of the workshop. And before you ask, yes, I stayed the full day. It ended with a guided meditation near 7.

Maybe my body is adjusting (just before I get on a plane for home) but I felt pretty good as we wrapped up. Or maybe because my granddaughter and her mamma will be picking me up from the airport and spending a week with me for spring break. Yay!

Whatever the reason I didn’t feel like roadkill after the day. It’s a small win.

A few takeaways from the day.

  • Boulder is absolutely refreshing, with yummy restaurants within walking distance and delightfully, friendly people. It reminds me a bit of Anchorage.
Establishing energy boundaries is just as important as being wide open.
All kinds of power grids are available to tap into. What powers your lights?
There is light and dark in all of us. Recognizing our shadow side is just as important (maybe more?) as identifying the light.
This master class is kicking my ass.
    I’m still a skeptic.

Homework

Identify my guidance squad and the power grids I tap into.

Yeah, I didn’t do it. I thought about. I’m still thinking about it.

I’ll keep you posted when I figure it out.

Sending you love and happiness. ❤️
