Be kind always, love. It’s a simple concept. But looking around at the world right now it seems pretty darn hard to do.

I think, through grace and prayer, we can practice kindness to make a positive difference in our lives and in others.

Kindness begins with me. It begins with you. It begins with us. And today is the first day of the June #kindnesschallenge and I’d love to see kindness spread like wildfire in our world.

1. Treat yourself to your favorite beverage.

2. Give your furry friend a long belly rub.

3. Tell someone you love them.
