I can hardly believe it’s the last full day of the workshop. And before you ask, yes, I stayed the full day. It ended with a guided meditation near 7.
Maybe my body is adjusting (just before I get on a plane for home) but I felt pretty good as we wrapped up. Or maybe because my granddaughter and her mamma will be picking me up from the airport and spending a week with me for spring break. Yay!
Whatever the reason I didn’t feel like roadkill after the day. It’s a small win.
A few takeaways from the day.
- Boulder is absolutely refreshing, with yummy restaurants within walking distance and delightfully, friendly people. It reminds me a bit of Anchorage.
- Establishing energy boundaries is just as important as being wide open.
- All kinds of power grids are available to tap into. What powers your lights?
- There is light and dark in all of us. Recognizing our shadow side is just as important (maybe more?) as identifying the light.
- This master class is kicking my ass.
- I’m still a skeptic.
Homework
Identify my guidance squad and the power grids I tap into.
Yeah, I didn’t do it. I thought about. I’m still thinking about it.
I’ll keep you posted when I figure it out.
Sending you love and happiness. ❤️
