Gratitude Focus – 2022

Another spin around the sun. Another New Year. We are absolutely ffing blessed. Sometimes it’s hard to see or remember how blessed we are. That’s why I’ve enjoyed practicing this attitude of gratitude challenge for the last few years which Dawn Quayle Landau hosted on her blog Tales from the Motherland where you can find inspiring posts and past year’s gratitude lists from bloggers from all corners of the World Wide Web.

2022 was another year of up’s and downs. And maybe a few sideways tossed in just for fun. It was a year of reflection, of practicing patience and of putting one foot in front of the other. In numerology it was my personal 9 year; a year of endings in the 9 year cycle. Which means 2023 is a 1; new beginnings! If you’re curious about numerology check out Kari Samuels site.

But before I jump into a new year and new cycle I am consciously reflecting on 2022 and counting those blessings. So let’s do it.

There you have it. My list of gratitudes from 2022 in no specific order or clean up. Just me reviewing 2022 and what came up. What I notice about the list is it all about the little things that bring joy. It’s about the people I love. It’s about comfort. By the way that was my word for 2022. Kind of ironic since I haven’t mindfully focused on it at all. It seemed as if all my energy was zapped in 2022 and I barely had enough to get through a day. My goal this year is to discover more joy. More love. Just more. It’s time to let go. Let God.

How about you? Are you counting your blessings? Are you finding gratitude in the every day moments? I hope so. That’s my prayer, dear ones, that we all find love and magic in everyday stuff.

Sending you love and happiness. ❤️
