Last month of the year of 2018 – Riding out this year’s rollercoaster

Here we are at the last month of the year of 2018.

I began this year with focusing on making it the best year ever.

It wasn’t.

At best it was a mixed bag (me sucking in a deep breath against transparent scary truth telling). Looking back I can see a few highs and many, many painful lows that I did not share. The further the months turned, the less I wrote. I was that damn duck paddling like hell beneath the water to keep afloat.

What will this month bring? I’m not sure. But with mercury in retrograde it’s been nice to reflect back, looking deeper into the year’s happenings, but also looking forward to new beginnings and fresh starts.
