One Month. Seven Chakras. Endless Growth. Would I do it again?

I can’t believe it’s been 30 days.

Thirty days. Seven chakras. Countless moments of reflection, surprise, and, let’s be honest, a few slightly awkward attempts at finger mudras.

This journey wasn’t about achieving perfect balance. It was about showing up. Some days felt like epiphanies, others were quieter shifts. Each chakra had something different to teach me, from grounding in the Root Chakra to surrendering with the Crown. Looking back, I realize I didn’t just learn about energy centers. No, I learned about myself.

And it couldn’t have happened without Rachel.

Gratitude for Rachel at Living Life the Happy Way

A huge thank you to Rachel at Living Life the Happy Way for her masterful guidance throughout this journey. Her daily worksheets, thoughtfully crafted guides, inspiring videos, and soul-soothing meditations have been the backbone of this chakra challenge. Every element, from the affirmations to the challenges, was beautifully aligned to keep us engaged, learning, and growing.

Her ability to weave wisdom into accessible, meaningful practices made this experience feel both powerful and personal. The awards she shared along the way added a fun and motivating touch, reminding us to celebrate progress, not just perfection.

Rachel, your dedication to creating space for growth is a gift. This journey wouldn’t have been the same without your insight, care, and skillful design. Thank you for leading with heart and intention. I’ll carry the lessons from your work long after this challenge ends.

Chakras Messages for the Journey Ahead

Last Day

The final cards of this challenge felt like a perfect send-off. Victim from the Chakra Wisdom Oracle reminded me to release old narratives that keep me stuck. Reminding me to step into empowerment instead of lingering in limitation. Enlightenment followed, offering a gentle reminder that clarity comes when I trust the journey.

From Divine Abundance, Expansiveness encouraged me to embrace the unknown, to stretch beyond my comfort zone. And Extraordinary whispered that life is meant to be lived fully, unapologetically, and with a touch of magic.

Then, there was my Bible verse: “The Lord will stay with you! Whenever you see Him, you will find Him.” (2 Chronicles 15:2). It felt like a steady reassurance that connection is always there, even when I don’t see it clearly.

A Recap of the Chakras

Each chakra has brought its own lessons, its own energy, and its own way of moving me toward growth. Some days felt like breakthroughs, others like gentle reminders. And through it all, I’ve learned that balance isn’t about perfection. It’s about showing up, listening, and trusting the process.

Would I Do It Again?

But now that I’ve reached the end of this chakra balancing challenge, the big question remains: Would I do it again?

The short answer? Yes. Although, maybe not in the same way. I wouldn’t repeat the exact same challenge, but I would absolutely keep working with the chakras. Instead of a structured 30-day journey, maybe I would reduce it down to a few weeks. 30 solid days seemed almost too much but maybe that was the point? Because this challenge has given me tools, but more importantly, it’s given me trust. Would I have discovered that in 2 weeks verses 30 days? I don’t know.

What I’ve Learned Over 30 Days with the Chakras

This challenge has been powerful. Not because I mastered every chakra or had profound revelations every day, but because I showed up. I listened. I let myself be guided.

I’ve learned that balance isn’t about fixing myself—it’s about understanding myself. Some days, grounding was easy. Other days, trusting my intuition felt impossible. But through it all, I kept going. And that’s the real magic.

Balance isn’t a one-time achievement. It’s an ongoing conversation with myself, an ever-shifting process of listening and adjusting.

Moving Forward

Even though this challenge is ending, the work doesn’t stop here. The chakras will remain part of my practice, woven into daily life. Whether it’s through meditation, affirmations, or simply paying attention to how I feel, I’ll keep exploring. And if you’ve been following along, I encourage you to do the same.

Stay curious. Stay open. Keep working with the energy that flows through you.

Here’s to growth, trust, and whatever extraordinary things come next.
