Day 28 Third Eye Chakra Seeing Beyond the Surface

Today, I’m diving into the deep and mysterious Third Eye Chakra for the fourth and final time. It’s the place where intuition, insight, and inner wisdom come to play. Nestled right between the eyebrows, this chakra opens us up to see beyond the obvious, which sounds lovely. But for me, it feels like staring into a misty window. I keep wiping it repeatedly, trying to see what’s just beyond the condensation.

Its color, a rich and dreamy indigo, reminds me of the sky just before it turns pitch black. It hints that there’s more waiting to be discovered. To connect with this energy, I attempted the Kalesvara Mudra, which involves twisting your fingers into a shape that, honestly, feels like I’m auditioning for a hand yoga competition. Pairing it with the mantra “I trust my intuition” made me smile. Not because the words didn’t resonate, but because my intuition was telling me to laugh at how awkward I felt.

Third Eye Speaking to the Soul

Third Eye Chakra

The universe decided to keep it real with my card pulls today. First up was Facade from the Chakra Wisdom Oracle. This card immediately confronted me with the idea of masks. These are the ones we wear and the ones others project onto us. It made me think about where I might be clinging to illusions or avoiding my truth. Let’s just say, the Third Eye doesn’t let me sweep anything under the rug.

Next, my quartz pendant pointed me to Divine Abundance, which delivered the message Karma. This card was like the universe sliding a reminder across the table and saying, “By the way, what you give out comes back around.” It challenged me to think about my patterns. Are they creating the life I want? Or have I been skimming the edges of what I truly deserve? And how can I tune into my third eye, letting it guide me?

Finally, my Bible verse for today was “Love never fails” ~1 Corinthians 13:8. It’s a steady anchor, reminding me that through all the searching and seeing, love remains the truest guide. The Third Eye Chakra and love? Turns out, they make a pretty good team.

Rachel’s Assignment: Trust What You See Within

Rachel’s guidance took me straight to the heart of the Third Eye’s energy. The assignment was simple: pause and ask myself, What do I know deep down? Then tune in, listen, and honor whatever surfaced.

When I closed my eyes and asked the question, my mind did its usual thing. It reminded me of laundry, dinner plans, and whether I should buy that candle I saw on sale. But eventually, the deeper answers started to peek through. I realized I’ve been holding back. I hesitate to trust my instincts, especially regarding the big decisions in my life. It’s like there’s a part of me waiting for outside approval instead of leaning into the wisdom that’s already there.

Letting this realization settle was both empowering and slightly uncomfortable. Acting on intuition often feels like stepping onto a tightrope without a safety net. But that’s exactly the point. The Third Eye Chakra asks us to trust the process, even when the path ahead isn’t fully lit.

What I’ve Learned from the Third Eye Chakra

This was my fourth visit with this chakra, and honestly, it’s like peeling back layers of a very stubborn onion. I’ve learned that intuition is less about certainty and more about learning to trust the whispers within. Growth doesn’t come all at once. It unfolds slowly, often when we least expect it.

The Third Eye has taught me patience. Not with the world, but with myself. It’s shown me that clarity isn’t always immediate. Sometimes it’s a process that takes time, and that’s okay.

Looking Ahead to the Crown Chakra

Tomorrow, the focus shifts to the Crown Chakra, the final stop on this journey. The Third Eye is about seeing the truth within. In contrast, the Crown Chakra is about surrendering to the wisdom of something greater. I can already feel the shift from trusting myself to opening up to divine connection.

For now, I’m holding onto the lessons of the Third Eye Chakra, shifting me toward trusting my intuition. I am honoring my inner truth. I am embracing the simple yet profound fact that love never fails. And with a little humor and a lot of heart, I’m ready to see what tomorrow brings.
