Welcome to Day 25, where we step boldly into the energy of the Solar Plexus Chakra the fiery center of confidence, personal power, and self-worth. Afterall, this is my fourth visit with this chakra, and I have to say, I feel the shift. There’s a newfound clarity in how I move through my day, a strength in my decisions, and, dare I say, a little more swagger when I claim my space.
As a matter of fact, I’m stepping up today, leaning in, and embracing my own personal power without apologizing for it. Why? Basically, this chakra has been working overtime to remind me that I am capable, strong, and fully in charge of my own path and we all need a little more of that!
Solar Plexus Essentials Color, Mudra, and Mantra
The Solar Plexus Chakra thrives on the color yellow bright, bold, and impossible to ignore. As I have said in my earlier posts, it’s the color of the sun, radiating warmth and vitality. It’s a bright shining star in our very center reinforcing the message you are meant to shine.
Deepening my connection, practicing the Solar Plexus Mudra, also known as the Manipura Mudra, I attempted some finger yoga. Successful? Let’s just say touching the tips of my thumbs to my ring and pointer fingers while keeping the other fingers extended like a secret handshake that I’m absolutely not quite adept at. For that reason, that bit of awkwardness, is exactly why I’m practicing.
Trying to save myself here I tried it with the mantra “I am confident, powerful and in control of my destiny.” Saying it out loud felt less like a chant and more like a declaration that I could get behind unlike the mudra. I don’t need permission to take up space. I already belong here. “Yes!” my inner cheerleader shouted. All in all, it’s a work in progress. I say that a lot.
Solar Plexus Chakra Navigating Bittersweet Transitions, Finding Home, and Unexpected Sparks

Today’s cards arrived with big life transition energy, offering insight into confidence, stability, and unexpectedly romance. Uh, again, not sure about why the universe is meddling with my non-existent love life. But maybe there’s something I don’t know?
First up, Bittersweet (Chakra Wisdom Oracle). This card immediately made me reflect on my upcoming move the excitement, the uncertainty, and the mix of emotions that come with stepping into something new. The Solar Plexus Chakra thrives on personal power, yet transitions can feel destabilizing. This card reminded me that growth often brings bittersweet moments, and learning to embrace them with confidence is part of the journey.
Then came Home (Feminine Wisdom Oracle). This card asked me to consider What does home truly mean? Home isn’t just a physical space. It’s a feeling of safety, belonging, and alignment. The Solar Plexus Chakra is about self-trust, and this card reinforced that no matter where I go, my foundation is within me. Whether I’m changing locations or shifting dynamics, my confidence in myself is what keeps me grounded.
And finally, Romance which popped out like an uninvited but intriguing guest. Why this card? At first, I had no clue. But the more I sat with it, the more I came around to it. The Solar Plexus Chakra governs self-worth and personal power, which directly affects how we show up in relationships. Maybe this card is reminding me to examine how I embrace romantic connections. Or perhaps it’s just reminding me that stepping into my power might invite unexpected sparks of joy and romance.
So, breaking it down; Bittersweet told me to embrace transition, Home reminded me that my foundation is within, and Romance, well, maybe it’s here to stir the pot in the best way possible.
Solar Plexus Chakra Activity Strengthening My Connections
Rachel did it again upping our game with today’s challenge. No surprise here with the cards showing up, today is all about aligning my relationships with the power of the Solar Plexus Chakra. Because let’s be real our energy is deeply tied to the people we surround ourselves with. Here’s how she suggested we put this into action:
Step 1 Create Three Lists
As instructed, I divided my connections into three categories
- List One The people I feel deeply connected to those who uplift, support, and see me for who I truly am. These are my healthy, reciprocal relationships built on mutual respect and understanding.
- List Two The people I like but am uncertain about the connections that sometimes feel off, unclear, or inconsistent.
- List Three The individuals I recognize as having a negative impact on my well-being those whose presence leaves me drained or questioning myself.
Step 2 Engage with List One
I chose a few people from my first list and initiated meaningful contact whether through a message, a call, or making plans to see them in person. I let them know how much their presence means to me. Honestly, the people who love and support us deserve to hear it more often.
Step 3 Assess List Two
This part required some reflection. Were these relationships worth deepening, or was it healthier to leave them at arm’s length? I considered the values and actions of the people in this group, trusting my intuition to guide whether I wanted to invest more energy or maintain the current distance.
Step 4 Address List Three
For the individuals in this category, I focused on boundaries. Whether it was physically or emotionally distancing myself, I reminded myself that it’s okay. Healthy even to step away from relationships that don’t serve my well-being. To finalize this shift, I did a symbolic release tearing up my written list, letting it go with full intention to prioritize positive connections moving forward.
Finally, I sent universal love to everyone on all three lists. Regardless of where they fall, we all deserve healing and growth. My hope is that this love touches them in some way and inspires them to send that energy out into the world.
Why did this activity feel so powerful?
- It clarified my personal values, reinforcing my sense of self.
- It enhanced my emotional well-being, prioritizing connections that support rather than drain.
- It empowered my decision-making, helping me see which relationships to nurture and which to release. Boundaries, people. Repeat after me, boundaries.
Looking Ahead to the Heart Chakra Energy & Beyond
Feeling deeply connected to my Solar Plexus Chakra, I’m happy to see how strong, steady, and ready to continue balancing my chakras. All of the focus and mindfulness practice reminding me that confidence isn’t about perfection. It’s about trusting myself, embracing growth, and showing up fully committing to balance. However, that shows up for me.
We are shifting our focus to the Heart Chakra tomorrow, embracing its radiant green energy. I’m looking forward to exploring themes of love, compassion, and deep emotional balance. This chakra holds space for self-acceptance, connection, and the beautiful art of receiving and giving love freely. Moving forward, I’m excited to lean into this gentle, expansive energy and see where it takes me for the fourth time around the block.
