We’ve arrived at the Crown Chakra, the final stop this week before we circle back to the Root Chakra tomorrow for our final week. This is my third time working with the Crown Chakra, and each time, I feel like I’m diving deeper into the cosmic mystery with the help from Rachel, the group and Spirit.
The Crown Chakra is all about connection to the divine, the universe, and the quiet wisdom that whispers when I finally stop overthinking. And who better to guide this journey than Neptune, the planet of dreams, intuition, and spiritual expansion? Neptune fosters a deep spiritual connection, helping us understand our true purpose. It dissolves illusions, clears distractions, and reminds me that my soul is always in conversation with something greater. Instead of chasing clarity, letting it arrive naturally.
So today, I’m not searching for answers. I’m BE-ing the connection.
Trusting the Heart’s Call to Simply BE–ing
This morning, my cards pulled me into deep contemplation. When the Weavers Call Your Heart, from the Dreamers Oracle, reminded me that I am continuously being woven into a bigger story, even when I don’t fully see the pattern.

And then there’s Soulmate, making yet another appearance from the Chakra Wisdom Oracle. This card has been showing up repeatedly, like a persistent tap from the universe saying, “Hello, are you paying attention?”
So, I ask myself (again) what is this card really pointing me to? Soulmate energy isn’t just about romance. It’s about deep connections, the people, experiences, and even moments that shake me awake and call me home to myself. But today, I can’t help but wonder could it be pointing me toward relationship?

Being single has given me space to explore myself in ways a relationship might have complicated. I’ve learned to enjoy solitude, trust my intuition, and recognize that I’m whole whether or not I’m partnered. But the repeated appearance of this card makes me pause. Am I truly embracing the possibility of love? Am I open to connection?
Maybe the Crown Chakra’s message today isn’t just about universal connection. Instead, maybe it’s about realizing that personal connection is knocking on my door too. Is this an invitation to step forward into relationship?
I’m not rushing answers; just contemplating possibilities. And for today, that feels about right.
Message from the Universe on BE-ing
Rachel’s assignment today goes a little deeper, taking a little bit more time to set it up and then a lot more time to listen and reflect. In a nutshell she asked us to tap into the Crown Chakra’s energy, through a ‘message from the universe’ activity. Basically, it’s carving out time to sit in stillness, ask a question and then reflect through stream-of-consciousness writing. Sounds simple, right? Yeah, not so simple. I’m going to skip ahead and let you know that I did light a candle, sat, stared and asked, “What do I need to know?”
At first, my mind did its usual thing; listing grocery items, replaying awkward conversations, wondering if I should finally learn how to fold a fitted sheet. But then, something shifted. The flickering flame pulled me into stillness, and suddenly, the words came:
“You are already connected. Stop trying so hard.”
Neptune energy at its finest. Gentle, expansive, and slightly amused at my tendency to overcomplicate things.
Note: this is finely edited down to a few lines. The sheet of scribbles and the circus in my head just didn’t make the cut.
BE-ing the Connection: Coffee, Breath & the Divine
Today’s theme is BE-ing the connection, and honestly? It’s easier than I thought.
I paused for a few minutes, watching my drip coffee maker do its thing. The slow, steady rhythm of water filtering through the grounds felt oddly meditative. I inhaled deeply, exhaled slowly, and let myself just be.
Sometimes, spirituality isn’t about grand revelations. Sometimes, it’s about watching coffee drip and realizing that presence is enough.
Divine Nourishment Bowl
Since the Crown Chakra thrives on light, high-vibrational foods, I put together a nourishing bowl that feels both grounding and expansive for lunch and thought I would share.
Ingredients:
- Quinoa – A light but grounding base.
- Purple cabbage – For that Crown Chakra color magic.
- Blueberries – A burst of intuitive energy.
- Pumpkin seeds – For a little crunch and nourishment.
- Lemon-tahini dressing – Bright, creamy, and full of flavor.
Instructions:
- Cook the quinoa and let it cool slightly.
- Chop the cabbage, then toss them with the quinoa.
- Add blueberries and pumpkin seeds for texture and vibrancy.
- Drizzle with lemon-tahini dressing and enjoy while reflecting on today’s theme of BE-ing the connection.
BE-ing the Connection
Here are some affirmations to embrace the art of simply BE-ing, connecting to yourself, the divine, and the moment:
- I am fully present in the now.
- I am connected to the divine in every breath I take.
- I release the need to rush and trust the rhythm of life.
- I am woven into the fabric of something greater.
- I allow stillness to reveal my inner wisdom.
- I honor the sacredness of BE-ing over doing.
Saying these affirmations aloud or quietly during moments of pause can deepen our sense of connection and trust. They’re a gentle reminder that BE-ing is enough.
Embracing the Beauty of Simply BE-ing
As I close out Day 21, I take a moment to check in with myself. How am I feeling? More connected. Less rushed. A little more trusting. How am I doing with my diet? Other than an overdose of delicious coconut cake, I’m doing ok. Am I connecting and supporting others? Yes, at least I’m trying.
This journey has been a mix of deep insights, playful discoveries, and quiet moments of clarity. And now, as we prepare to circle back to the Root Chakra tomorrow, I’m excited to see how this final week unfolds.
Here’s to BE-ing, trusting, and embracing the magic of connection. One breath, one moment, one drip of coffee at a time.
