The Crown Chakra, Sahasrara, is the seat of universal connection, spiritual enlightenment, and limitless possibility. Located at the top of the head, it radiates the purest, most ethereal energy. Revisiting Sahasrara feels like reaching up to tap into the wisdom of the cosmos while keeping my feet grounded in the here and now.

Today’s oracle cards painted a vivid picture for Sahasrara’s energy. From The Chakra Wisdom Oracle Deck, Trickery popped up, reminding me that not everything is as it seems. Whether it’s self-doubt disguised as truth or external distractions veiling deeper wisdom. This card felt like a time to question the narratives I tell myself. I need to seek clarity when the path feels murky. Lately, with all the plates spinning, I feel the business is blurring those lines and now is the time to slow down and pay attention. Paired with Time to Dance Around the Sun from The Dream Weaver Oracle, the message was uplifting. Embrace life’s rhythms. Celebrate its cycles. Find joy in connecting with the divine energy that’s ever-present. The message I am choosing to hear, “Stay curious, trust myself, and don’t forget to dance, even in times of uncertainty.”
Crown Chakra Mudra and Mantra Practice
Following along with Rachel’s video and the guide I practiced the Crown Chakra Mudra. To be fair I had to go back and watch it again. Am I getting better? I want to say my intention is there. And that’s all that counts. Then I hummed OM alongside the YouTube video Rachel shared. Did I reach enlightenment? Maybe not, but I did reach a moment of calm amidst my dog zooming around the room (again proving that spiritual practices and pet antics can coexist).
Crown Chakra Journal Prompts
Sahasrara’s themes inspired the following reflective answers for exploring peace, connection, and purpose. These answers are offered with the insightful guidance of Rachel’s prompts. Her wisdom continues to enrich this journey. Her gentle reminders to look inward while connecting outward have shaped these reflections, encouraging not just self-awareness but also a sense of unity with the universe.
When do you feel the most inner peace and serenity?
My moments of inner peace often come early in the morning. The stars still shine in the darkened sky. The house is asleep with fresh brewed coffee filling the air with its magic aroma. These are the moments that reminds me of the infinite connections surrounding us.
What can you do to cultivate more moments of peace and mindfulness in your everyday life?
Pausing intentionally throughout the day helps. Whether it’s a minute of meditation, watching clouds drift, or just soaking in the quiet moments between tasks.
How do you perceive your connection to the world and those around you? Write about a time when you felt a profound sense of unity with others or the universe.
I experienced profound unity during a community of women gathering where everyone shared stories of hope. The collective energy felt sacred, as though the divine was flowing through each of us.
How can you foster a greater sense of interconnectedness in your daily interactions?
Choosing kindness and actively mining our everyday moments for joy are ways I feel more connected to those around me and to myself as well. It’s a reminder that even small acts can create ripples of connection.
What practices or experiences help you feel most connected to a higher power or universal consciousness? How can you incorporate more of these into your daily life?
Prayer, blogging, and walking in nature bring me closest to universal consciousness. Making these practices a regular part of my routine helps strengthen that bond.
Reflect on your sense of purpose. How do you feel connected to your life’s purpose or spiritual path? Are there any areas where you feel disconnect or uncertain?
My purpose feels aligned with creativity, expressing ideas and fostering connection. But when I feel disconnected, returning to reflection and quiet spaces always helps me find my way back.

Reflecting on the Crown Chakra and Looking Ahead
Revisiting Sahasrara reminded me that spiritual connection doesn’t demand perfection. It asks for presence and intention. It’s not about getting everything “right” or controlling the flow. Instead it’s about surrendering to the journey, trusting that the divine currents will carry us where we need to go.
Between oracle cards, blogging, mudra practice, and nourishing recipes, Sahasrara extended an invitation to release self-imposed limits and embrace infinite possibilities. It taught me something profound about navigating life’s white-water rafting moments. You know the ones where the currents surge, twist us around, and leave us scrambling for balance.
When the rapids kick up, the instinct is to fight, to push back, regain control, or paddle desperately against the flow. But Sahasrara offers a quieter wisdom: lean into the rhythm of the river. Trust that the divine is guiding us, even in turbulence. White-water rafting isn’t about conquering the river; it’s about partnering with it, steering with surrender and presence, and letting its energy lead the way.
Today was about letting go of my grip on the paddle, loosening my resistance, and trusting the currents to reveal their purpose. Though the rapids may feel chaotic, their intention is clear—to move us toward growth, clarity, and connection. And when we choose to trust, we find that even the wildest waters carry us to where we’re meant to be.
As this round of chakra revisiting concludes, I’m filled with excitement to begin a new cycle, approaching each chakra with fresh curiosity and deeper insight. Here’s to diving back into the currents of growth and connection with every step forward.
