Can you believe its November? Already? Or maybe I should say finally? I don’t know. 2020 has been a doozy of a year. It is like being on Space Mountain, a roller coaster at Disneyland, whipping you around in the dark and you’re never quite sure where the next drop is. Welcome to the end of 2020.
I’ve been pushing through a bit of a bug… and the cough and ache has finally forced me to spend this Sunday in bed. And this is after a round of antibiotics and healthy doses of inhalers. Mmmmm. My bed feels heavenly. It’s a luxury I haven’t indulged in much since I had a week of online training topped with work. Amazing how exhausting zoom meetings are! But today it’s Netflix, PJs, and belly rubs with Little Bear. I don’t think he minds the extra attention or naps.
And I have to admit it’s nice just to rest and not to think about work. As it is, Monday is right around the corner and will be here before I know it. Just thinking about it makes me tired. Or maybe it’s just this bug. Or maybe both. AnyHoo, let’s call in some positivity.
