3 Affirmations For The Week Ahead

We are beginning our second week since the United States declared a national emergency because of the coronavirus pandemic. Several States have issued mandates to shelter in place trying to curb the outbreak. Will it help? I have no idea. I honestly think we will have to ride this out in our homes practicing social isolation. Or at least trying to.

Sunday afternoon guilty pleasure was relaxing with Ms. Lila and Little Bear, enjoying caramel popcorn and a movie. With nowhere to go and all caught up on chores, I contemplated the week ahead only half way paying attention to the movie. And here we are at Monday morning already.

How are you feeling?

I’m not exactly shouting with joy from the rooftops catching up with NPR this morning. So before I make the 60ft commute into my office to start another work week online (highlight: no traffic!) I wanted to share a few affirmations to lift our spirits to make the week ahead a bit cheerier.

  3. My heart is open to receive heaven’s abundance.
