Last full moon of the decade is making its appearance tomorrow on the twelfth of December. We are stepping into a new decade. New potential. New opportunities.
Time To Look Back
This full moon is a good time to look back, reviewing the last ten years. I’m asking myself questions. And I’m ok with some of the answers and not ok with others, admitting I missed the mark. I’ve seen a granddaughter born, entered my fifties, moved to Texas from Alaska and traveled the globe.
I’ve loved and lost. I’ve had financial losses and job uncertainties that still make me cringe. I’ve experienced lots of lows, but I imagine without them I may not appreciate the small glimmers of blessings sprinkled like sugar dust sweetening the days. Sitting here at a hotel lounge, far from home and congested, recovering from sinus surgery, I’m eternally grateful for the last ten years lessons and blessings.
